Bogatstvo Bačke Topole jesu i manifestacije, a posebno one na kojima se promoviše zdrava hrana, što med svakako jeste.Festival meda u ovom gradu na severu Bačke potvrdio je i ove godine da je med iz Srbije jedan od najkvalitetnijih u svetu i ima svoje tržište.

Mirko Spasojević, koji je od početka manifestacije meda u organizaciji, kaže da će nastaviti da je rade i u budućnosti, jer je ovo privredna delatnost koja ima svoju perspektivu, i ono što ga raduje je da ima sve više mladih ljudi koji se odlučuju baviti pčelarstvom, a to istovremeno znači i nova zapošljavanja.

Dan meda je okupio oko 50 izlagača proizvođača meda, pčelarske opreme i domaće radinosti, pa je to prilika da posetioci nabave med i druge pčelinje proizvode.
